About me

I’ve been a Tarot reader for 15 years. If you’re interested in learning more about the cards for yourself, I also teach and mentor.

Reiki and Quantum Touch both utilize life force energy as a way to heal the body, and to ease constriction and inflammation which causes us pain spiritually, mentally, physically, and emotionally.

Emotional Freedom Technique expounds on the idea of energy pathways, or chi. Tapping on different points of the body helps to relieve stress and tension stored in those energy centers and coaxes the energy to flow freely again.
